3 ways to overcome the “death of creativity”

A recent Newsweek article argued that America is in the grips of a “creativity crisis,” and that schools need to implement more structured strategies for boosting creativity. That’s true of the business world, too, writes Kaihan Krippendorff. To start flexing your company’s creative muscles, try adding a few minutes of creative brainstorming to the agenda of every meeting you hold, or look for ways to bring the expertise of operations specialists like analysts and accountants into unrelated areas of your business.
